Friday, August 14, 2026 - Three deer, seven crows, two ravens, and one black cat; Mr X and Lady Nada
Rama: Greetings, everyone!
Today I sat with three deer, seven crows, two ravens, and one black cat over by Sun Mountain. We all did the Adi Shakti mantra for 9 minutes and walked in a circle. Then I gave everybody popcorn and kitty food, and they went on their way to do their day. It was hot outside!
Then I received a text message from Mr X and Lady Nada.
They were in their shuttlecraft over the Straits of Hormuz, and high up in the atmosphere.
They said to me, "Greetings, Lord Rama!
"What is happening on the planet right now is about the final moments here, and the final moments may seem like years, but it's really nano-seconds!
"The Dark Side is making its final attempts to control the story, yet they cannot. "The Light that is coming in is too strong, and they are resisting. "So they are creating more fear and confusion to continue upsetting the planet. "But they are ultimately failing in their mission to control this!
"As we approach this lunar eclipse in Pisces, use your magic and wisdom. "It will help everything! "Send the Violet Flame, the Emerald Ray, and the Sapphire Blue ray into all these spots. "It does make a difference.

Sunday, August 16, 2026 - 17 deer, 10 crows, and two bobcats; the Crew [Paschat ETs]
Rama: Greetings, everyone!
Today I took a ride up close to Abiquiú. There I sat with 17 deer, 10 crows, and two bobcats. We all walked in a circle and listened to Native American music on the radio. They were playing Native American songs that the deer really liked, with the singing and the drumming. We did this for about 11 minutes, then I fed them and they went on their way to do their day.
Then I received a message from the Crew. They said, "Greetings, Lord Rama! "We are over Glastonbury Tor, high up in the atmosphere. "There is a rose pink ray coming from the Tor, from the Earth Mother, out into space! "It is to bring loving, peaceful energies to the planet. "The time for the shift is NOW! "Almost all of the volcanos in the Pacific Rim of Fire are going off, and Mother Pele is doing her dance! "When the Flash happens, everyone will see it.

Monday, August 17, 2026 - Four deer, 14 crows, and two coyote couples; Natasha
Rama: Greetings, everyone!
Today I went to Moon Mountain. There I sat with four deer, 14 crows, and two coyote couples. We all sat in silence for about 9 minutes. Then everybody got fed, and went on their way to do their day.
Then I received a text message from Natasha. She was still up in the Wesak Valley with the Nameless Ones, and the lamas there are spinning the prayer wheels, and singing and drumming through the night. These energies are to help the people and the planet. "Everything else that is going on is about the failing matrix. "Send it more Love, and send it on its way!

Tuesday, August 18, 2026 - Seven deer, three crows, and one black cat; Darby O'Dell
Rama: Greetings, everyone!
Today I sat with seven deer, three crows, and one black cat over at the I AM Sanctuary. We sat in silence for about 5 minutes and then got up and walked in a circle for another 5 minutes. They were not hungry, so everyone went on their way to do their day.
Then I received a text message from Darby O'Dell. He was near Salisbury Plain.
He said "Greetings, Lord Rama!
"The energies coming in are transforming everybody as well as the planet!
"All the elements are working together to help calm things down.
"Pay no attention to the dribble-drabble on the TV!
"All they are talking about are superficial things.
"They need more love.
"Let's send them more Love!
"The solar flares are huge at this time! "There are two coronal holes in the Sun. "Expect aurora borealis in the next 72 hours!
"All we are saying is 'Give Peace a Chance!' "See you in the Light of the Most Radiant One!

Rama: Greetings, everyone!
Today I was at Sun Mountain where I sat with 11 deer, seven crows and one coyote. They were very hungry, so I fed everyone first. Then we walked in a circle for about 7 minutes, and listened to the Adi Shakti mantra.
Then I received a text message from Lady Rosa from Palestine. She said to me, "Greetings, Lord Rama! "I have been on many journeys since we talked last.
"All the stories about the war crimes are coming to the light of day!
"These lifeforms in Washington [DC] want to remove the International Criminal Court.
"They are not going to be able to do that.
"Mark Zuckerberg is being grilled by a committee from Congress. "It is about how Facebook, Instagram, and Meta are harming our children. "This story goes all the way up to Jeffrey Epstein and the X Files. "Mark Zuckerberg has visited Epstein Island, and the story goes downhill from here.
"Meanwhile, there is more and more evidence coming out about our ancient past!
"And this has everything to do with the so-called Holy Land and the Annunaki.
"More to come!

Thursday, August 20, 2026 - Nine deer, seven crows, one raven, and one black cat; The Crew
Rama: Greetings, everyone!
Today I went to Moon Mountain and sat with nine deer, seven crows, one raven, and one black cat. We all walked in a circle to the Adi Shakti mantra for about 13 minutes -- and it was HOT outside! Then everybody went on their way to do their day. They were not hungry, as it was too hot to eat.
Then I received a text message from the Crew. They were in orbit over the Pacific Rim of Fire, almost at the edge of space [62 miles above the Earth's surface]. They said to me, "Greetings, Lord Rama! "The Pacific Rim of Fire is really erupting right along! "This reflects what is going on on the planet, because we need to get our emotions in order. "How we do that, is by meditation -- very simple! "This is our lifeline to the Quantum Field.
"Meanwhile, the situation in the Middle East is getting weirder by the day. "It's not about oil or nukes. "It's about the failed empire of the United States and, at the heart of the matter, is the current resident in the Oval Office.
"We can tell you that the Dark Side is out of options, except one, and that one option is your heart! "And the energies right now on the planet are tremendous because our energies are matching the energies of the Quantum Field. "As we align with the Quantum Field, everything changes. And if you have hate in your heart, it will physically take you out! "It is going to be difficult for these ones, yet LOVE is the answer!

"THESE TWO ENERGIES LIVE INSIDE YOU.
Not as enemies at war…
but as twin flames born from the same infinite Source.
One rises as pure light —
the energy of love, creation, awareness, and higher consciousness.
It is the quiet knowing that you were never separate.
It is the soft golden geometry of the soul remembering itself.
It is God moving through you when you choose presence over panic,
creation over reaction,
stillness over the storm.
The other surges as fire —
the energy of fear, destruction, ego, and unconsciousness.
It is the ancient force that burns what no longer serves.
It is the shadow that demands to be seen.
It is the devil only when you forget it is also divine…
a necessary polarity that forces the light to grow sharper,
deeper, more real.
They are not two.
They are One expressing itself through opposite faces.
The same Source that births galaxies also births the black hole.
The same intelligence that weaves sacred geometry into the stars
also weaves the flames that consume the old world.
Light without darkness remains untested.
Darkness without light remains lost.
But when both are held in awareness…
something mystical happens.
You stop fighting the devil.
You stop begging God.
You simply become the field in which both arise and dissolve.
This is the deeper alchemy:
Not choosing one energy and rejecting the other,
but recognizing that every moment of fear is an invitation
to return to love…
and every moment of love is made more precious
because the possibility of fear still exists.
The unconscious ego is not your enemy.
It is the unfinished conversation with your own power.
The higher consciousness is not some distant heaven.
It is what remains when the conversation is complete.
So the next time the fire rises in your chest —
the anger, the doubt, the old story of not-enough —
do not exile it.
Do not worship it either.
Simply watch it with the same eyes that can see the golden light.
Feel both.
Hold both.
Let them dance until the polarity itself softens
and only the Source remains.
You are not the light.
You are not the flame.
You are the space in which both are allowed to exist…
and in that space,
God and the devil finally remember
they were never two.
This is the mystical path. Not escape from duality,
but the deep, intimate knowing
that duality was always a mirror
held up by the One.

The easiest mind to influence is the one that never gets quiet long enough to question what it is consuming.
Constant notifications. Endless scrolling. Outrage every few minutes. New trends, new fears, new opinions, new things to buy, watch, desire, and react to. When your attention is always occupied, there is very little space left to ask whether the life you are living is actually yours.
That is why silence can feel so uncomfortable at first. It is not a punishment; it is a homecoming.
When the noise disappears, you begin hearing what distraction was covering:
Your own thoughts.
Your own dissatisfaction.
Your own intuition.
The habits you have been avoiding.
The questions you have postponed because entertainment was easier than self-examination.
Stillness is not doing nothing.
It is reclaiming your attention.
Meditation, solitude, prayer, walking without headphones, sitting without reaching for your phone—these simple acts become powerful because they interrupt the automatic cycle of consuming and reacting.
You begin choosing instead of simply responding.
You notice what deserves your energy and what was designed only to capture it. You become harder to provoke, harder to manipulate, and less dependent on constant stimulation to escape yourself.
The goal is not to reject technology, society, or the material world. We are not here to run to the mountains and hide. The goal is to remain conscious while living inside them.
Because once you can sit quietly with your own mind—once you can tend to your own inner fire—the world has a much harder time telling you who you are, what you need, and what you should fear.
Protect your attention.
It may be one of the most valuable forms of freedom you have. Some animals of old have said . . .
